Chablis 1er Cru "Montmains" > 2008

The Montmains process starts with 50% of the juice fermented in tank and then aged 11 months in barrel. All of his barrels are from the 2002 vintage, so they are 8 years old.  The other 50% is fermented and then aged in barrel.
